FAQs
How does the program work?
Before enrolling in to any of our programs we must first audit your credit reports. Your credit consultation and credit report audits are absolutely free of charge. A credit report audit is a thorough line by line examination of your credit report. Your credit report audit consists of reviewing your credit report for inaccurate information and finding a solution to help you reestablish credit. At that point, we would decide which of our programs with better assist your credit needs.
The Empowerment Program and the Pay Per Deletion Program is one in the same. The only difference between the two is the pricing. We enforce the credit bureaus, collection agency, and original creditors to update, correct, or delete inaccurate, erroneous information that is displayed on your credit report.
As inaccurate data is being removed from your credit files, we will assist you with reestablishing credit as well. We have built outstanding relationships with financial institutions that are willing to give our clients with challenged credit a second chance.
We strengthen and improve your credit report and credit score by removing inaccurate data and assist you with reestablishing your credit.
How do I know which program is best for me?
After auditing your credit report, we will recommend a program that would best suit your credit needs. However, you have the option to choose a plan that you feel is best for you. Before doing so, I would like to point out a few things:
1.Depending on how damage your credit file should decipher on which plan you feel is best.
Example: Let’s say you decide to enroll in the Pay Per Deletion Program and you have a total of 10 inaccurate negative accounts on all three of your credit reports (a total of 30). Then let’s say that all 30 of those accounts are removed, the total cost for that program would be $900!
Why? Because the Pay Per Deletion Program is exactly what it says…Pay Per Deletion. So you are paying per deletion per bureau. Transunion 10 accounts @ $30=$300. Equifax 10 accounts @$30=$300. Experian 10 account @ $30=$300. $300x3=$900.
So if you have a lot of negative inaccurate accounts on your credit reports, the Pay Per Deletion Program may not be suitable for you.
The Pay Per Deletion Program works best for clients who are interested in targeting specific inaccurate accounts on their credit reports or their credit file does not need as much work.
2.The Empowerment Program is set recommended for individuals whose credit reports will need more work. Maybe you have a lot of inaccurate negative accounts and personal information that needs improvement. For $79 a month, you can have an unlimited amount of inaccurate accounts deleted know that it covered under that $79.
Does AMB Credit Consultants offer any guarantees?
What kind of company would be if we didn’t? The answer to that question is YES! In fact, we have created the AMB Credit Protection plan that guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, credit report improvement, and a lifetime deletion warranty. We back up our award winning programs and our services. If your credit report does not improve in six months, you will receive an additional 12 months free! Also, if any items we successfully deleted from your credit reports are reinserted, we will dispute that account again free of charge
Can deleted accounts reappear onto my credit report?
The credit bureaus are required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act to inform you of reinsertion of an account that has been previously deleted. Is it possible? Yes. Is it likely? No. We have been in the business for quite some time now and have yet to see an account be reinserted on a client’s credit report. In the case that it does, you are covered under the AMB Credit Protection Plan.
How soon will I start seeing results?
You should start seeing results in 30 days or less. The FCRA allows the credit bureaus 30 to 45 days to investigate disputes.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time as long as you notify us within 30 days.
Is credit repair legal?
Absolutely! The Fair Credit Reporting Act consists of laws regulated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). One of the most important sections of the FCRA states that every item on your credit report must accurate and verifiable. The second most important section states that you have the right to question any information that you feel is questionable or incorrect.
Congress created FCRA in 1970 after seeing how much credit played a large impact on the everyday life of consumers and the American economy.
Millions of Americans are being denied credit, employment, and insurance based off of information on their credit files that has a 79% chance of being inaccurate. Because of this, Congress created the FRCA to protect consumers like you.
So to answer your question again…YES, CREDIT REPAIR IS LEGAL!
